When you include this pre-order item in your purchase, your entire order will be shipped together with the pre-order item once it becomes available.

Preorder Timeline:

• Production started on September 17th, 2023
• Estimated finished on October 31st, 2023
• Packing & dispatch along November
• Any delay or urgent update will notified trough e-mail or Instagram @rist_storypict

Specification:

• Size are around 3,5 to 4 cm tall.
• Plating made of zinc alloy.
• Plating gold color finish.
• Two spot pin backing with metal or rubber clutch.

 About Production:

• During production, minor adjustments to colors and designs may be made to meet factory requirements.
• Please note that since each pin production is also required handmade and checked by skilled craftsmen, there is a possibility of minor factory defects. We strive to deliver the best quality pins to preorder buyer.
• In case of major changes or errors made by the factory, we may need to redo the pins, which could result in shipping delays. We will promptly inform you of any such situations.

Shipment Details:

• Standard delivery (via postal service) requires an available consignee to sign upon receiving the package. Deliveries are made during office hours.
  If you’re concerned that no one will be available at your home address, we recommend using your office address instead.

• Shipping information, including tracking number and tracking website, will be provided via email after dispatch. Please check your inbox regularly and track your parcel manually for updates.

• Estimated delivery time:
  • Standard Delivery: 10–20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 8–10 business days

• We are not responsible for packages returned due to an unavailable consignee at the delivery address.

• We are also not responsible for rejected or returned packages caused by sudden changes in your country’s import regulations.

• Import VAT, tariffs, or duty taxes may be applied by your local customs office. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and we do not collect or charge them upfront.
