Dan Heng from Honkai Star Rail - Glow in the Dark Hard Enamel Pin, unofficial merchandise designed by Rist Art.

Specification:
-Size are around 5 cm tall.
-Plating made of zinc alloy.
-Plating gold color finish.
-Two spot pin backing with rubber clutch.
-Glow in dark effect on some parts.

*Glow in dark is an effect when it exposed with UV light (or sunlight), it will absorb the light and you will see the glow effect temporary in the dark area, usually the glow will last for 1-2 minute.

Standard Grade, is the best pins in the batch production, if there is flaws it is minor and less visible under normal sight.

Second Grade, is have noticeable flaws such as minor or major blemishes than others but still looks good.
